Poker Night (5/9/07)

10 came. 3 walked out with cash. A quick recap of last night's game...

1st - Lewis/EA (chopped pot)
3rd - JD

JD played every hand. Shocker.

Lewis spent every hand analyzing people. Equally shocking.

I caught cards all night. I mean, all night. A retarded donkey could've won with the cards I was getting. Won some big pots early. Built my stack and was able to make bully raises and some questionable calls that worked out (see below).

Random highlights of the night (as told to me by folks who remember better than I do)...

- JD taking all of Jamal's chips on the very first hand with QQ vs AJ. Brutal.

- Murphy goes all in with pocket 7s. Hits trips on the flop says, "I missed my 7." Um, that would be a negative proctor. Hit it and hit it big. River gave him quads. Nice hand.

- Me beating MJ's trip 9s with a full boat. And then knocking him out when he raised pre-flop with AQ suited. I re-raised. He went all in. I called with A2 off suit (strictly a big stack call...and powered by Pacifico) and hitting a 2 on the turn. Sorry kid.

- Very next hand, Rohac goes all in with AA after hitting trips on the flop. I call on a flush draw…and hit it. Holy cow.
